Wreck-It Ralph: An Emotional Journey in Gifs

Ta-DuClau and I went to see Wreck-It Ralph (In cosplay wigs because because).

I will now take you on a journey through my viewing experience. Sort of spolier-y.

My reaction to:

The 8-bit-ified Disney logo and Bad-Anon opening sequence

ALL THE REFERENCES OMG

The events leading up to Ralph's decision to game-hop

The introduction of Jane Lynch's character

The music during the Hero's Duty sequence

The visuals in Hero's Duty and Sugar Rush

We start getting into the emotional stuff with Sarah Silverman's character

The bizarre romantic subplot that starts to develop between two of the secondary characters

The end-of-second-act emotional low point

The big race scene

The plot-twist in the third act

The emotional climax

The resolution

The music during the credits

My overall summary

But seriously, go see it now.
